Logistics Distribution Supervisor: Lead Warehouse Ops

CATERPILLAR ASIA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to plan and supervise warehouse operations. You will lead a team of about 12 employees to meet customer expectations and company standards while ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities.

This role requires at least 3-5 years of related experience and a diploma. You will be responsible for developing staff, overseeing daily operations, and driving process improvements.

This position involves working onsite five days a week and requires limited travel.
