Responsibilities :

• Deliver goods to customers or assigned locations on time and according to schedule.
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after trips, and report any safety or maintenance problems right away.
• Safely load and unload items to avoid damage, loss, or spoilage.
• Work closely with the warehouse and other teams to make sure orders are correct and dispatched on time.
• Respond to delivery-related customer questions in a professional manner when needed.
• Choose and follow the most efficient delivery routes, taking traffic and road conditions into account.
• Notify dispatch of any delays, accidents, or issues encountered while on the road.
