Logistics Executive

Our client, one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join their team.

• Oversee UAE and GCC trucking and rail shipments ensuring timely and cost‑effective deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport providers, drivers and warehouses to manage daily operations efficiently.
• Logistics Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify all required shipping documents including delivery notes, invoices and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with trucking companies and rail transport providers to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery.
• Negotiate transport rates and evaluate vendor performance for continuous improvement.
• Monitor shipments in real‑time and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
