Logistics Executive (Management Trainee)

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing (planning, receiving, storage, issuing), and inventory management.
• Liaise with project and operations teams, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Handle end user inquiries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues.
• Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents for customs declarations.
• Coordinate with project team and quality assurance team for joint inspection of equipment and materials.
• Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch list clearance.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
• Generate regular logistics reports.
