About the role

AMA Freight (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Executive (Seafreight and Airfreight) to join our dynamic team in the East Region. This is a full-time position responsible for the end-to-end management of seafreight and airfreight shipments for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and process seafreight shipments import and export, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Liaise with shipping lines, and other logistics providers to get quotations
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on shipment status and performance
