LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Liaise with freight forwarder for import operation, customs clearance, and container delivery schedule.
• Monitor freight forwarder & haulier to avoid Port storage & DMDT charges.
• Coordinate with the shipper for all shipping documents.
• Update import tracking and monitoring file.
• Create sales order & pick list for East Malaysia shipment.
• Ensure documents are in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years of experience in logistics operations, import, customs clearance or supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities is highly preferred.
