Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with sales team to plan delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests in accordance to internal shipping guidelines
• Manage the import procedure for finished goods from country of origin to local warehouse
• Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack
• Handle full range of export functions of Bushiroad’s products to different stakeholders across our network of distributors
• Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costing for raw materials import shipment
• Work closely with Events Team to ship promotional materials timely and accurately
• Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments
