LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistic Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, shipment arrangements, inventory control, and ensuring smooth delivery schedules.

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and permits
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Handle customs clearance and related documentation when required
• Follow up on delivery issues and resolve logistics-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations
• Support warehouse coordination and stock management
