Logistics Executive

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistic Executive to oversee our company's fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicles, drivers, and transport schedules to ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and compliant operations that support our growing logistics and B2B functions.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily logistic and delivery schedules to meet customers' requirements.
• Oversee daily fleet operations, routing, drivers' assignment and scheduling to adhere to delivery timeline.
• Liaise with warehouse staff on loading /unloading and inventories management.
• Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor fuel usage, fleet costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead and supervise drivers, including roster planning and performance management.
• Ensure safety standards, accident reporting, and compliance with regulations.
