JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing (which includes planning, receiving, storage, and issuing), and inventory management.
• Liaise with project and operations team, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Handle end user inquiries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues.
• Assist to prepare and process shipping documents for customs declarations.
• Coordinate with project team and quality assurance team for joint inspection of equipment and materials
• Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch list clearance.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate regular reports.
