About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Logistics Executive
to support daily supply chain and logistics operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and customs agents
• Prepare shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.)
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues
• Manage inventory tracking and warehouse coordination
• Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations
• Update ERP system and maintain accurate records
• Support cost control and logistics reporting
