About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Logistics Executive
to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory movement, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses
• Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading)
• Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations
• Track deliveries and resolve shipment issues
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements
• Update ERP system and prepare logistics reports
• Optimise logistics costs and delivery timelines
