Logistics Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor the daily operations of 3PL and making sure all stock movement in PVM system aligns with 3rd party system, hence the inventory of all material is properly manage and maintain accurately, which shall result to 100% inventory record accuracy and minimize wastage due to inventory errors.
• Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
• The role carries responsibility for working with Demand and Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inbound Team, Dispatch Team, Customer Service Team, Finance Inventory Analyst, and 3PL Warehouse Personnel to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.

Responsibilities: 

• 3PL Process Monitoring, Improvement and SLA Compliance

  • Monitor the 3PL performance in terms of SLA execution and compliance
  • Coordinates Monthly Service Level Review Meeting with 3PLs team
