Logistics Executive / Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse manager in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Resolve issues related to transportation logistics, logistics systems, import or export activities, and customer matters.
• Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Control warehouse costs for OT, packing materials, stationery, pallets, and other items.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment operates smoothly and safely.
• Maintain workplace safety and comply with all WSH requirements.
• Receive and handle payments from customers and drivers.
• Prepare the monthly warehouse report.
• Communicate effectively to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
