We are looking for a Logistics Field Operations Assistant.

What are the role and responsibilities?

· To liaise with client and securing import and export documents.

· To liaise with BOC, PEZA, and other agencies for smooth processing and releasing of cargoes.

· To ensure all inbound and outbound cargoes are monitored and completely documented/complying with the port/zone regulations.

· Process and release import and export shipment at economic zone.

· Coordinate status of import/export shipment with the assigned trucker and Pasay Office.

· Monitor and coordinate import and export daily schedule with client and TCL.

· To prepare daily container inventory report and send to Client and TCL.

· Dispatch import and export trucks then coordinate status with client, TCL, and truckers.

· Check total cargo delivery, container number again...
