Logistics Industrial Engineer (PFEP)

Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Logistics Industrial Engineer (PFEP) for their Hayward, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accurate and complete material attributes through consistent stakeholder engagement.

+ Ensure SAP material data accuracy and alignment with PFEP planning requirements.

+ Design efficient warehouse and lineside layouts that optimize material flow, storage capacity, and operational performance.

+ Partner cross-functionally during new product launches to ensure seamless logistics integration, material readiness, and inventory planning.

+ Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and support scalability.

+ Support shop floor execution by providing hands-on guidance, training, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence.
