Logistics Intern

This individual contributor position is responsible for supporting the logistics team in daily operation activities. Key responsibilities include updating transportation systems and operational reports, requesting status and proving status, and assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Essential Functions:

• Request Status to the carriers and brokers.
• Support the team revising accessorial charges and adding them to TMS.
• Approve and process verified freight invoices for payment, ensuring adherence to financial policies and internal SOPs.
• Maintain operational reports and TMS data accurate and updated for internal customers.

Must have a professional and fluent English communication
