Your Mission

• To support day-to-day IT operations including support of onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Act as the local point of contact for HQ or regional IT initiatives, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of local IT asset inventory. Assist with local IT procurement, license tracking, ...
