Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth execution of import and export operations, maintaining continuous follow‑up on each process
• Maintain visibility of international shipments, ensuring proper tracking and timely delivery
• Coordinate with customs agencies and warehouses to guarantee seamless operations
• Manage and validate documentation through WMS Siglo XXI (DIAN)
• Monitor and control logistics costs, driving efficiency in storage and customs processes
