Logistics Lead

**R**esponsibilities**:- Ensure all arrangements are made for the execution of shipments through your area of responsibility- Assist in the facilitation of cross training within assigned team while serving as a resource for peers- Lead calls, meetings, and internal systems trainings with customers, carriers, and vendors- Collaborate with internal service teams to meet team and customer goals- Navigate complex exceptions and leading problem-solving initiatives to enhance processes and prevent future occurrences- Utilize analytical methodologies to anticipate and resolve issues proactively- Lead small sized, operations-focused continuous improvement projects, leveraging the enterprise project-based delivery model- Build and present intermediate to complex business cases related to how customers can achieve ROI- Create and document standard operating processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and effici...
