Logistics Lead

Location: Canada (Remote or In‑Person)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Lead to drive efficient shipment execution, improve freight and cost visibility, and create alignment across brands and sales channels.

This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments from origin to destination, with a strong focus on Amazon/FBA replenishment and 3PL operations, while ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and strong service levels. The Logistics Coordinator will partner closely with Supply Chain, Marketplace, Sales, warehouse partners, and freight providers to support channel demand, resolve issues proactively, and maintain inventory flow. This individual will monitor logistics performance, steward KPI reporting, and continuously improve systems, processes, and cost efficiency across the logistics network.
