Your Job
As a Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all matters related to material flow to and from the plant, as well as warehouse management in the areas of storage and production.
Our Team
You will join the logistics team, collaborating with production, HR, purchasing and production planning, quality, and process improvement teams. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and supervises the Shift Warehouse Leader, Transport Specialist, Customs Specialist, and Material Flow Specialist.
What You Will Do
Ensure optimal (minimized) logistics costs related to warehousing, transport, and customs handling
Coordinate material flows supporting the company's strategic goals
Create and manage processes and standards in warehouse, transport, customs, and material flow areas
Plan development paths for subordinate employees
Resolve conflicts in supervised areas
