Manage foreign trade processes and coordinate shipments

Coordinate deliveries and logistics operations with overseas factories

Prepare reports, tables, and statistics for senior management

Monitor customs regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments

Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives

Provide logistics and customs support to the sales teams

Manage communication with transport companies, customs brokers, and warehouses

Conduct stock counts and machine status reporting

Participate in regular improvement meetings with factories and warehouses

Support the development and training of department staff

Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and foreign trade processes
