Job Responsibilities

• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
• Plan, organize, and manage subordinate members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
• Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
• Proactively identify opportunities, implement cost-efficient measures and continuous improvement within the day-to-day operational activities, and to engage with the internal customers for feedback on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze transportation costs and the delivery process
• Provide active assistance to meet schedules and resolve complex issues.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
