Logistics Manager

Position summary / job purpose

The Logistics Manager leads end-to-end logistics and warehousing operations through a 3PL, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution from receiving to final delivery. The role owns 3PL governance, KPI/SLA performance, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet business and customer service goals. This position partners cross-functionally to balance demand, capacity, and budget while proactively managing risks, expense control, and network optimization.

Key responsibilities/activities

1. 3PL governance and performance management : Own the relationship with the 3PL, set and track SLAs/KPIs, run business reviews, and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps.
