Job Description
About the Role:
Oversees end-to-end logistics operations for transport to sites, truck haulage, and resource procurement for all transportation and handling assets. Ensures safe, compliant, and timely delivery of fuels while optimizing costs and resources.
Core Responsibilities:
Resource Research & Procurement
Identify, research, and evaluate qualified providers for trucking services, and alternative transportation means (e.g., barges, specialized vehicles)
- Conduct background checks, verify licenses, safety certifications, and insurance coverage of all service providers
Maintain an updated database of approved providers and conduct periodic reviews to ensure performance standards are met.
Truck Haulage Management
