Logistics Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, organised Logistics / Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Johannesburg branch. This role is about making sure collections, deliveries, drivers, and clients all run smoothly - every day.

This is a fast-paced environment. You need to be calm under pressure, good with people, and comfortable owning problems until they're solved.

What You'll Do

• Plan daily collections and deliveries to keep operations running efficiently
• Forecast capacity and support operational planning
• Manage key clients and ensure service levels (SLAs / KPIs) are met
• Monitor vehicle tracking daily and act on delays or issues
• Investigate damages and service failures and put fixes in place
• Work closely with drivers, partners, and internal teams
• Prepare basic daily and monthly operational reports
