Job Summary

The Logistics / Motorpool Assistant supports daily logistics and motorpool operations by coordinating vehicle usage, monitoring equipment availability, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient and safe transport of manpower, materials, and equipment for project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching company vehicles and heavy equipment
• Monitor vehicle availability, fuel consumption, and utilization
• Maintain motorpool records, logbooks, and trip tickets
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, and site personnel for transport requirements
• Assist in monitoring preventive maintenance and repair schedules
