Responsibilities
Communication with customers and stakeholders
Coordination of urgent or exception orders
Inventory discrepancy resolution
System updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Documentation and record-keeping
Handling shipment discrepancies and follow-ups
Supporting rework or screening activities as required by the customer
Qualifications
STPM or Diploma
Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (added advantages)
Proficient in spoken and written English
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Excel)
