Job Description

  1. Delivery & Transport Coordination

  2. Schedule and arrange deliveries to customers, sites, or branches

  3. Coordinate with transport providers, trucking companies, and couriers
  4. Optimize routes to ensure timely delivery

  5. Monitor dispatch and arrival status

  6. Shipment Monitoring

  7. Track shipments

  8. Follow up on delayed deliveries
  9. Resolve transport-related issues

  10. Provide real-time updates to concerned departments

  11. Documentation Control

  12. Prepare and monitor:

  13. Delivery Receipts (DR)
  14. Packing Lists
  15. Waybills
  16. Bills of Lading (B/L)
  17. Shipping Instructions (SI)
  18. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents

  19. Coordinate with customs brokers (if applicable)

  20. Logistics Reporting

  21. Submit daily/weekly delivery status reports
