Logistics Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of IMPEX experience in a PEZA-registered company
• Strong knowledge of PEZA rules, customs procedures, and trade documentation
• Experience dealing with BOC and customs brokers
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and IMPEX reporting systems
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end import and export transactions under PEZA rules
Prepare, process, and submit PEZA permit applications, Import Permits (IP), Export Declarations (ED), and related documents
Ensure compliance with BOC, PEZA, DENR, FDA, and other regulatory agencies as applicable
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse providers
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and clearance timelines
