Logistics Officer

Your Job

As a Logistics Officer, you will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end freight operations for Molex Singapore. This role is responsible for shipment coordination, freight cost control, invoice management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective logistics operations.

Our Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain – Warehouse team, working closely with internal stakeholders such as planners, customer service, quality, finance, and global logistics teams, as well as external partners including freight forwarders, suppliers, and 3PL providers.

What You Will Do

• Manage end‑to‑end shipment execution, ensuring accurate documentation and real‑time system updates
• Coordinate with plants, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery, including urgent and ad‑hoc shipments
• Optimize freight costs by evaluating shipping modes and managing premium freight exceptions
