Qualifications

: - Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operation Management or equivalent Requirements : - Preferred 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry

- Familiar with shipping documentation (e.g., HBL, DO, manifest, pre-alert)

- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Able to multitask and work under pressure

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as a team

- Good communication & customer-handling skills Job Descriptions : - Handle customer inquiries related to freight services (import/export, air/sea/land)

- Coordinate daily shipment arrangements and ensure smooth cargo flow

- Prepare and check shipping documents (BL, AWB, DO, invoice, packing list)
