Logistics Operation Manager-Transportation

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with appointed 4PL (Lead Logistics Provider) to oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods across all routes and transportation modes.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound transportation activities to meet customer delivery requirements and internal performance targets.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and implement transportation and logistics strategies to optimize freight capacity, reduce transit lead times, and improve overall delivery performance.
• Monitor key transportation KPIs, including on-time delivery, cost efficiency, service quality, and carrier performance, and prepare regular operational reports for management and stakeholders.
