Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics Operation Supervisor
• Working Location: Downtown Core
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly update key rates to and from Korean ports for air freight, ocean freight, local trucking, and related charges.
• Maintain an accurate rate table to respond promptly to logistics inquiries from Korean partners.
• Process import and export air and sea shipments according to SOPs.
• Prepare invoices/debit notes for customers and agents, and arrange payments to local vendors, partners, co-loaders, and carriers.
• Monitor shipments to meet customer requirements and handle feedback or complaints.
