Logistics Operation Supervisor

To supervise operation & staff on a daily basis.Working to increase productivity by developing the department and the processes currently in place in line with SOP.Focus on the development of customer service.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_- Supervise all aspects of the air/ocean operation- Assist in the coordination of the daily Import & Exports processes & procedures- Monitoring shipment dashboard and report- Coordinate staff training and encourage good working practices- Oversee accounts and invoice queries- Review procedures as required improving operation processes- Coordinate internal audit procedures- Liaise with manager on a regular basis on any relevant issues, which may arise- Monitoring billing and P/L on files- Running reports thru the systems- Any other tasks assigned by ManagerWorking within the company KPI environment- **QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:_- 5+ years' experience in logistics operation and previous experience in a supervisory role- Thorough knowl...
