Logistics Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate first-mile pickups with 3P partners for FTL/LTL shipments.

- Ensure timely appointment-based deliveries for Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy

Instamart, etc.

- Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment movement.

- Track shipments and handle delays, PODs, and escalations.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.

- Provide timely updates to category POCs and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain daily shipment trackers and MIS reports.

- Handle urgent operational issues with ownership and quick resolution.
