Job Description
WORK SCOPE:
1. Directs and oversees all transfer-related operational activities within the organization.
2. Plans, organizes, and deploys manpower to support daily operational requirements.
3. Manages and supervises staff handling dispatching, inventory, pending cargo, crating and draining, disposal and declined cargo.
4. Oversees the accurate and timely submission of operational reports, including RUD Reports and Flight Load Management Reports
5. Ensures strict compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational regulations.
6. Enforces safety rules and ensures all staff adhere to established safety protocols.
7. Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
8. Make operational decisions within authority and escalate critical matters to the immediate superior when necessary.
