Role Description:

Support carrier operations and drive the growth of our Partial Freight mode by managing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations for the Partials Team, supporting the Partial Pricing Analyst and Senior Partials Manager.
• Utilize internal systems to update and track shipments accurately.
• Handle inbound carrier calls, ensuring proper vetting and assisting with new contract setup.
• Facilitate the load booking process for partial carriers.
• Support the expansion of carrier capacity by identifying new opportunities within existing business.
