About the Role
We are looking for a full-time, remote Logistics Operations Support professional to provide day-to-day operational support for last mile transportation operations in the state of Florida. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting drivers, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring smooth and efficient transportation operations, while working closely with U.S.-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support for last mile transportation and delivery operations across Florida. Act as a primary point of contact for drivers, assisting with route-related issues, delivery incidents, delays, and day-to-day operational questions.
