Role Description:
Support carrier operations and drive the growth of our Partial Freight mode by managing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do
Manage daily operations for the Partials Team, supporting the Partial Pricing Analyst and Senior Partials Manager.
Utilize internal systems to update and track shipments accurately.
Handle inbound carrier calls, ensuring proper vetting and assisting with new contract setup.
Facilitate the load booking process for partial carriers.
Support the expansion of carrier capacity by identifying new opportunities within existing business.
Accurately enter and maintain shipment information across internal systems and operational tools.
Maintain strong service metrics while supporting carrier representatives.
