Logistics Planner

Job Description:

• Checking of actual document vs. delivery report
• Prepares allowance requisition for delivery
• Check liquidation of the drivers and turnover it to treasury
• Encode all DR(s) out for delivery and returned from delivery in the monitoring template
• Assumes work of delivery planners if delivery planners will take leave
• Prepares delivery report and Route monitoring
• Coordinate or ask salesforce in Val the availability of promodisers on delivery schedule to ensure that all items for dispatch can be delivered
• Performs other task assigned by the operations from time to time

Qualifications:

• Graduate College of any course
• with related experience is a plus
• willing to learn
• willing to OT
• computer literate
