Logistics Planner (Warehouse - Receiving)

Responsibilities: Lead a team of Logistics Personnel to ensure effective and efficient function of the Warehouse operations. Manage and plan daily inbound & outbound shipments in the Singapore Plant. Plan and ensure on time processing & delivery of customer's orders to meet on time delivery. Ability to effectively communicate with internal parties including Planning, SQE and Production floor teams on daily shipments / production issues. Monitor on time delivery metrics and reporting to management on Monthly KPI. Look into potential areas for continuous improvement opportunities. Ability to create new, update or change existing work process documentation and standard operating procedure for Logistics activities. Responsible for daily management of store and ensure systematic storage, issuing and receiving of parts. Conduct / perform cycle and physical count and rectify ,discrepancies (moderate complication) where necessary. Ensure cleanliness / 6S and Safety in the warehouse area. To tr...
