Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst

About this Position The Analyst Transport Planning/Planner position is a key role within the Transportation Management System (TMS) for North America Supply Chain. An enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels and managing on time shipments planning.
What You´ll Do
Process sales orders / deliveries an create shipment thru bulk planning process
Responsible in clearing system errors to ensure complete transmission of shipments to the system
To support dispute management function through carrier consolidation Support Carriers, Customer Excellence Team, and Local Transport Coordinators request thru email and calls Ensure to meet the KPI and SLA and contribute to the Team's overall performance
