POSITION TITLE: Logistics Process & Systems Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
This position ensures efficient, effective, and optimal use of processes, applications, and communication to ensure service excellence within the company. The role will work closely with various functional teams and will focus on global profile administration and user access control within various systems including, but not limited to, ACSr, LSS, GFF, and ACSf.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Study LP and clarify customer requirements.
Study LP/Manual to understand customer requirements.
Clarify with LA/sales any issue found in LP.
Identify the need to manage system profiling
Collaborate with other functions/teams whenever there is a need to manage system profiles and/or user access.
Make clarifications to understand request details.
