About the role

As a Logistics & Procurement Assistant Manager at BELIMO AUTOMATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will play a key role in supporting the company's supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Klang, Selangor and will involve overseeing the procurement and logistics of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversees daily distribution operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and supports international logistics by coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate SAP documentation.
2. Manages transportation schedules, material requisitioning, and production planning to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
3. Builds strategic relationships with logistics providers and customs brokers, evaluates suppliers, and ensures proper use of terminology and documentation for insurance, Incoterms, customs compliance.
