Logistics & Procurement Associate

About the role The Procurement & Logistics Associate supports the day-to-day procurement and logistics operations of the Company, with a primary focus on logistics coordination. The role involves assisting with purchase orders, coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation, tracking deliveries, maintaining operational records, ESG reporting and cost optimization initiatives to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain operations. Key responsibilities Procurement (20%) Assist end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, generating purchase orders (POs) through the procurement system, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely order closure.
Support freight cost analysis, logistics optimization initiatives and vendor performance monitoring to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and filing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
