Responsibilities

• As our In-Land Delivery Coordinator you’ll be the critical first mate ensuring shipments arrive safely and on time.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more.
• Assist in processing truck orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses.
