Job Description Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, transporters, warehouse, internal teams on the day operation, handle enquiries on delivery operations and monitor delivery to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with delivery staff and stores on delivery operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
• To perform product inspection to identify any possible defects.
• Prepare documents a day before delivery.
• Able to outstation when required.
