Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Delivery Order and coordinate with supplier on job arrangement
• Responsible for planning of all project schedules and ensure that orders are delivered on time
• Work closely with project team with the allocation of resources
• Handle maintenance/inspection of tools and vehicles
• Prepare miscellaneous claims
• Check workers’ attendance

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Proficient use of MS Office – Word / Excel
• Able to work under strict deadlines
